Dear Colleague of the Desert Dance Festival:

I am returning the money that you paid for your performance DVD from DDF 2007 with my humblest apologies for any inconvenience it has caused.

The videographer refused to honor his commitment to send the performance DVD that you paid for and I deeply regret that the lapse in judgment of hiring him ultimately ruined what should have been a wonderful keepsake for you.

It saddens me to realize that the effects of this situation has damaged more that a few of the friendships that I’ve enjoyed over the past years and I can only hope that in time you can forgive me.

I have taken steps to rectify this issue for this year’s festival and, if you return to visit DDF, you will be able to get your DVD at the end of your performance.
